T+5 seconds- hold the pitch down all the way, it will move slow but,its
just like in real life! you must hold the pitch down till T+36seconds.

T+36 seconds- Pitch is now 70 degrees!

T+60 seconds- Pitch is now 60 degress!

T+90 seconds- The Vehicle is now traveling at 2100MPH or 930/m/sec.

T+120 seconds- Pitch is now 50 degrees!

T+195 seconds- Pitch is now 40 degrees! First Stage separation,
second stage has ignited by now!

T+240 seconds- Press "J" for Payload separation! if you do not, only
1 door will jettison, please, press "J" at this point for maximum
realism!

T+300 seconds- Pitch is now 30 Degrees!

T+7 minutes- Pitch to 20 degrees!

T+ 7min 30sec- Shut off Manually the second stage!
if you do not shut it off at this time, the stage will jettison to
early, or the orbit will not be reached! 
At this time you should now be at Pitch 30 Degress!The vehicle is
now in a coast period.

T+9 minutes- NOTE: YOUR PITCH MUST BE AT -45 DEGREES BY NOW! Press "J"
to Jettison the 2nd stage! The third stage will now ignite for a
5 minute burn!

T+14 minutes, having spent all its fuel, the stage is jettisoned.
The vehicle is now in a coast period.

T+48 minutes 45 seconds- Put your pitch back to 0!
Ignite Manually at this point.  Follow the 0 mark throught the burn!

T+55 minutes- Engine cutoff. The powered part of the launch is over.

You vehicle should be coast east over africa by now!

T+66 minutes- When you have a satellite in this, stage separation
will occur now!  You are now high above the indian ocean!
